- Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve the School Resource Officer Memorandum of Understanding Agreement between the City of New Berlin and the School District of New Berlin for the term of July 1st, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an automatic renewal for one-year terms thereafter commencing July 1 of each year for two consecutive years (July 1st, 2027, and July 1st, 2028) with the last renewal term expiring June 30th of 2029.
- UT 11-26 Recommend to the Common Council to award the construction contract for 2026 Private Property I/I Dye Water Testing Project to the lowest responsive bidder, Visu-Sewer, LLC, in the amount of $167,807.20.Suggested Motion: “I move to approve this item as outlined in the agenda packet and approved unanimously by the Utility Committee on April 28, 2026."
- UT 12-26 Recommend to the Common Council to award the maintenance contract for the Sanitary Sewer Lining Project to the lowest responsive bidder, Visu-Sewer, LLC, in the amount of $488,154.40.Suggested Motion: “I move to approve this item as outlined in the agenda packet and approved unanimously by the Utility Committee on April 28, 2026."
- Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve Resolution No. 2026-04 amending the 2026 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Budget to reallocate remaining Fire Department Engine project funds for the purchase of an ambulance and tanker.
