Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve an agreement with Kujawa Enterprises, Inc. for the 2026 Athletic Field Renovation Project.<br><br><strong data-start="567" data-end="588"><span style="font-size: 12px;">Suggested Motion: </span></strong><em data-start="591" data-end="758"><span style="font-size: 12px;">“I move to approve the agreement with Kujawa Enterprises, Inc. for the 2026 Athletic Field Renovation Project for the base bid amount of $450,000, reject Alternates A and B, and approve a total project budget not to exceed $690,000, as approved by the Parks, Building & Grounds Commission on July 13, 2026.
  3. Requested Action Statement for the recommendation of approval to the Common Council of the vendor agreement with Robert W. Baird & Co. to provide adult education and enrichment programs.Suggested Motion: “I move to approve this item, as outlined in the agenda packet and approved by the Recreation Commission on July 20, 2026.
  4. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve a donation agreement between the Boy Scouts of America and the City of New Berlin for an Eagle Scout Project by Noah R Seifert to build and provide two little free libraries with one bench and a concrete pad at the location specified in the project document.Suggested Motion: “I move to approve this item, as outlined in the agenda packet and approved by the Parks, Building & Grounds Commission on July 13, 2026.
  5. The Common Council may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically regarding:</em>

  7. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve a Change of Agent for Kwik Trip #977, located at 15075 W. National Ave, from Mario F. Baregi to Justin R. Perez for the licensing period ending June 30, 2027, per the application on file.
