1. Discussion and Consideration of Repair/Raze Order for Building at 101 Perimeter Road (Karakahl Country Inn) previously issued by Village Board and possible litigation related to Order. The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Village who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Village with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. The Village Board may reconvene in open session and discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session.
2. Closed Session: Discussion/Consideration: Purchase of Lukken Farm for Park Space and Development. The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session and discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session.
