The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) Wis. Stats. to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, for discussion with the City Attorney’s Office related to item R13810. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the Closed Session
