Substitute resolution directing the Department of City Development to prepare a Corridor Plan for Lisbon Avenue that will amend both the Washington Park Area Plan and the Fond du Lac and North Area Plan, parts of the City of Milwaukee’s Overall Comprehensive Plan, in the 15th Aldermanic District, and authorizing a transfer of funds from the Capital Improvements Advance Planning Fund to a subaccount for the Lisbon Avenue Design Charrette and Corridor Plan.
