Resolution directing the proper City officials to prepare and execute an intergovernmental cooperation agreement and a ten-year maintenance covenant between the City of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for the purpose of establishing responsibilities for design, construction, post construction vegetation establishment, and maintenance for a green infrastructure project in an area around the Port of Milwaukee Overpass, in the 14th Aldermanic District.
