- Motion to authorize the Fire & Rescue Department to purchase an outdoor warning siren from Emergency Communication Systems for $21,956.24 and to have Emergency Communication Systems install the outdoor warning siren in a location, to be approved at a later time, for an estimated cost of $13,865.00
