Approval of road closures for route: using parts of Jaycee Dr, S 9th St, Dewey St, Lakeside Blvd, Viebahn St, S 10th St, S 15th St, S 18th St, Manitou St, Summit St, S 11th St & S 8th St from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.); Lincoln High School Homecoming Parade on 9/25/2026 (Closure of Green St, S 9th St & Grand Ave for a parade); Nightmare Off 8th Street on 10/3/2026 (Closure of Buffalo Street between N 7th & 8th, as well as the intersection of N 7th & Buffalo); Maritime Lofts Press Event on 8/27/2026 (Closure of S 15th St between Franklin & Washington Streets)
