Supporting and approving the City of Madison applications to WisDOT for Federal funding under the 2026-2030 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), the acceptance of the grant if awarded, and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with WisDOT if awarded the grant (District 3, District 10, District 11, District 15).
