Authorizing the City of Madison Traffic Engineering Division to submit, and if awarded, to facilitate acceptance of a grant of $920,000 from the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration to develop a plan and design for a preferred alternative for a north side all ages ability bicycle and pedestrian facility and recommending the Common Council to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration to accept the grant award.
