Motion to go into Closed Session pursuant to 1) Wisconsin Statutes Sec. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is involved with the Town of Bloomfield and the Village of Bloomfield; and pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Sec.19.85(1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session regarding a possible Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement among the Town of Bloomfield, the Village of Bloomfield, and the City of Lake Geneva
2. Amendment to Public Event Permit for Oktoberfest 2025 allowing for Street Closure of Wrigley Dr and switching of the locations of the children's area and the beer tent
3. Review and possible approval of Spectrum proposal for upgrade of services for public access channel 25
4. Review and possible approval of proposal for the creation of a Strategic Plan for the City of Lake Geneva
