Consideration and possible action to authorize JBG Planning (Jason Gilman), in collaboration with Redevelopment Authority and Department of Planning and Development staff, to apply for funds from the La Crosse Area Community Foundation for up to $20,000 for the purpose of establishing the organizational structure and rationale for a renter equity program at River Point District and in the City of La Crosse and the possible allocation of up to $5,000 in funds from the RDA to assist with the project.
