- To approve the request by Ald. Galvin, on a 90-day trial period, to change the 900 block of Emilie Street from RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ONLY to 4-HOUR PARKING 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM MONDAY - FRIDAY. (PC-25-10)
- To approve the agreement between the City of Green Bay and OneEnergy Development, LLC for a land lease and solar easement on parcel 22-SC-513 to increase operations rent to $1,000.00 per acre of the Leased Property, increasing annually by 2% per annum.Common Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., for purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Common Council may thereafter reconvene in open session pursuant to Section 19.85(2) to report the results of the closed session and consider the balance of the agenda.
