  1. To approve the renewal liquor application with no changes for the 2026-2027 license year for Green Bay Blue Ribbons Baseball Club at 1450 E Walnut St to Jennifer Leo.
  2. To approve the request by Department of Public Works to award final design services for the Community Coastal Hazard Risk Reduction and Restoration at the Mouth of the Fox River project to GEI Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $859,983.00, and to authorize the Department of Public Works to enter into a professional services agreement for this work.
  3. Consideration with possible action on Development Agreement 26-01 with Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC for the redevelopment of 227 N. Quincy Street, 221 N. Quincy Street, 624 Pine Street, 618 Pine Street, 616 Pine Street, and 605 Cherry Street, and authorizing the City to approve agreements required by the Developer's lender for financing purposes, subject to final legal review.The Authority may convene in closed session pursuant to Sections 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., for purposes of deliberating or negotiating the sale of public properties, investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business as necessary for competitive or bargaining reasons. The Authority may thereafter reconvene in open session pursuant to Section 19.85(2), Wis. Stats., to report the results of the closed session and consider the balance of the agenda.
  4. To approve the purchase of eighteen (18) complete package APX800 All Band Radios for the Fire Department for a total of $157,521.00.
  5. To approve the purchase and install of four (4) emergency notification sirens for the City of Green Bay Fire Department for a total of $126,695.81.
  6. To approve the elimination of the requirement to obtain approval from the Common Council to fill existing and budgeted positions when vacant and direct staff to provide a list of vacant positions as an informational item on Personnel Committee agendas. This policy change includes all recruitments, including internal transfers between positions, which do not change classification, FTE status, or paygrade. (communication submitted by Ald.   7. To approve the 2026 budget amendment resolution for unbudgeted overtime for special events.
  8. Resolution authorizing a budget amendment to transfer from the Parking Operating fund to the Parking Capital fund for $600,000.
