Consideration with possible action on request by the Department of Public Works to transfer ownership of Parcel 21-8584, Outlot 1, that includes the Habitat Homestead Pond from Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity Inc. to the City of Green Bay, contingent upon Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity Inc. entering into a maintenance agreement with the City for public art and other items placed within the parcel.
2. Consideration with possible action on request by the Department of Public Works to award contract PARKS 6-26 "GREEN BAY SHIPYARD REDEVELOPMENT – PHASE 2" to 8PINE, Inc. for $10,856,797.32 subject to City Council approval of the funding allocation.
3. Consideration with possible action on request by the Department of Public Works to award contract ESG 1-26 SEWER SHOP REROOF to Mathena Roofing in the amount of $107,658.50.
4. Consideration with possible action on request by the Department of Public Works to award contract PARKS 7-26 "PORLIER PIER REMOVAL" to Zenith Tech, Inc. in the amount of $242,660.90.
5. Consideration with possible action on a request from the Public Works Department to authorize the Director of Public Works to enter into contract(s) over $50,000.00 related to the restoration of Fire Station No. 3 related to the June 24, 2026 flooding event.
