- THE PURPOSE of said hearing will be to hear all parties, their attorneys or agents, concerning applications filed by Claudia M. and Harry A. Hoyen III; c/o Marcus J. Keidl, owners of the property located at W173N10722 Willow Wood Drive. Applicant is requesting an (1) appeal of a decision or order of the Zoning Administrator and request for interpretation of zoning code pertaining to the classification of yards (i.e. front, rear, side) for a corner lot, as defined under Section 17.08(58) of the Zoning Code; and (2) request for variance to reduce the rear yard building setback requirement from 35 feet to 15 feet for an addition in the Rs-5: Single-Family Residential District under Section 17.18(3) of the Zoning Code.
