Wisconsin Street (Part of Parcel No. ED-886) in connection with the construction of the City parking ramp, subject to the final review and approval of such agreement by the Law Department. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1) for agenda item 21:(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Council may then reconvene thereafter in open session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(2) to take action on any matter discussed in closed session or for such other purposes as are allowed by law.
