- For consideration and possible action on the acquisition of property located at 2535 Lawrence Drive.*<br data-pasted="true"><br>The Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Council may, thereafter, reconvene in open session pursuant to Section19.85(2) Wisconsin Statutes to report any actions taken during the closed session and to consider all other matters on the agenda.
