To confer with legal counsel for the Committee who is rendering oral or written advice concerning a strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is, or is likely to become involved, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(g). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if the Committee convenes in closed session, upon completion it may reconvene in open session to continue its proper business, schedule further meetings, or for other lawful purposes, and may do so without waiting 12 hours, pursuant to section 19.85(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
