- 8 Appeal of denial on reallocation of Social Service Specialists.
- 9 The committee may go into a closed session for purposes of deliberations concerning a case(s) which is/are he subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before the governmental body. The authority for a closed session for such purposes is 19.85(1)(a), Stats. During the closed session, the committee may also conduct discussions relative to considering employment, promotion, compensation performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
