  3. 3 The January 29, 2025 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom. The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Avenue, Madison 53704. The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.   4. 4 PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT: IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON. In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.   22. 17 Brown announced Great Lakes Dry Hootch is no longer available to provide rides for Veterans. They were not able to find an affordable rate for insurance. Brown said he is working on finding another provider to provide this service.
  23. 19 Lyman said a notice will be coming out Monday, There is an amendment to the long range regional transportation plan to come into alignment with the current north/south Bus Rapid Transit. Lyman said Friday is the close of comments from the County and Metro Staff on making changes to the Program Management Plan for 5310. Lyman mentioned he is making changes to the eligibility and program funding guidelines for the Transportation Alternative Program.
