- 22 Fischer said the ILSP Grant ends March 31, 2025. The State said in some situations people can remain open a little longer to continue to use their $7200.00. With the State moving to them being the fiscal agent they have not been able to issue authorization letters for people. People on the program are waiting for the authorization to be issued so they can obtain services. Everything needs to be wrapped up by the end of June.
