  3. 3 The November 10, 2025 Aging and Disability Governing Board meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom. The public can attend in person at the ADRC, 2865 N Sherman Avenue, Madison. The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.   4. 4 PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT: IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON. In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting. VIRTUAL: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item MUST REGISTER USING THE LINK ABOVE (even if you plan to attend using your phone). Virtual registrations to provide public comment will be accepted until 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting.   13. 12 Discussion was had about the by-laws and people felt more time was needed to review documents. It was decided to work more on this next month.

  16. G. Manager's Report
  17. 15 Butler said she had approached her Hud Manager and asked how the ADRC could help her. The manager requested the housing list be updated. Homeless services consortium make the housing lists. ADRC has brought to their attention that it needs some updating. Fischer said the ADRC is redoing lists that they have listed on their website focusing on housing for older adults and people with disabilities and defining what each is.

  22. 19 Fischer mentioned November is Family Caregiver Month. On November 3rd the ADRC and AAA hosted a Family Caregiver Appreciation event at Olbrich and provided respite. Those who attended were requested to fill out a survey to get feedback for potential changes for next year. The event went really well. Something new the ADRC participated in was staff went to the Madison Police training center and did a presentation. The ADRC provided some tear off flyers that officers can keep in their vehicles to give to people where they feel the ADRC would be helpful. Adult Protective Services was also there to talk about elder abuse and guardian services. Fischer gave an update regarding ADRC staffing. She said all supervisor positions are filled. The ADRC has one lead position and one I&A position that are open. These positions were set to be eliminated but the lead was restored in the budget process. In 2026,time reporting will happen in the Peer Place system. Fischer further explained this process. Fischer said they have had a lot of requests from organizations to do outreach.
