  1. 1 The Dane County Regional Airport will host a hybrid public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 5:30 PM for public comment on the amended noise compatibility program. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom. The public can attend in person at the Dane County Regional Airport, 4000 International Lane, Madison, WI, 53704 in Conference Room 1, located at the north end of the terminal, past baggage claim. The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.   2. 2 A. Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is undertaking a Noise Compatibility Planning Study in accordance with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 150 (14 CFR Part 150 or Part 150). The Airport is amending the Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) as of fall 2025. The amended draft NCP document will be available for public review and comment from October 24, 2025 to November 24, 2025. During the review period, an electronic version of the document will be available online at https://www.msnairport.com/about/noise-abatement/part-150-study. Public comments will be accepted throughout the review period. Comments can be emailed to part150study@msnairport.com. Public comments will be accepted both orally and via comment forms at the public hearing
