- 14 Wisconsin Elections Commission - Order Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 5.06(6)
- 1. Reconvening as per WEC letter dated April 30, 2026 to correct actions and decisions as outlined in Part One, Part Two, and Part Three of the attached order as it relates to the "23" absentee ballots counted at City of Madison and Dane County Board of Canvass for the April 7, 2026 Spring Election. Return the results to the City of Madison Municipal Board of Canvass for the corrections as consistent with the Part One of the attached order.
- 2. Consideration of appealing the WEC order dated April 30, 2026
- 17 *The Board of Canvassers will convene in open session but may move to closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f) and then reconvene into open session prior to adjournment of this meeting.
