  1. 1 Please plan to arrive a little early and park in the "hourly" parking section of the Airport parking ramp. Upon entry into the ramp, take a ticket from the machine. You will use that ticket along with a voucher you’ll receive at the meeting to exit the parking ramp. Robert B. Skuldt Conference room is located between Doors 1 and 2. There will be an optional, in-person bus tour of the outside grounds to begin promptly at 4:00 P.M., departing between doors 1 & 2. Although a quorum of members will be present, there will be no business conducted on this tour.

  4. 4 The May 19, 2026 Airport Commission meeting is a hybrid and joint meeting that will take place in two parts, at the Dane County Regional Airport and virtually via Zoom. In Person Location: The Joint meeting with the Public Works & Transportation Committee will begin at 5:30 PM in the Robert B. Skuldt Conference room, located between Doors 1 and 2.   5. 5 PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT: IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON. In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting. VIRTUAL: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item MUST REGISTER USING THE LINK ABOVE (even if you plan to attend using your phone). Virtual registrations to provide public comment will be accepted until 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting. In order to testify (provide public comment) virtually, you must be in attendance at the meeting via Zoom or phone, you will then either be unmuted or promoted to a panelist and provided time to speak to the body.
