5. 4 Notice of Closed Session: The County Board Committee of the Whole contemplates a closed session for purposes of discussing an implementation of a safety plan in response to an active shooter in CCB Room 201. The authority for this closed session is Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(d) which states, "Except as provided in s. 304.06 (1) (eg) and by rule promulgated under s. 304.06 (1) (em), considering specific applications of probation, extended supervision or parole, or considering strategy for crime detection or prevention."
