Landmarks Commission
Agenda — 3 items
- Review, discussion, update, and possible action on matters pertaining to preparation and timely submittal of the application for a no-match grant through the State of Wisconsin Historic Preservation Office. If awarded, the grant money would be used to contract for a professional architectural and historic survey of the City in 2027.
- Review, further discussion, and possible action on whether to include the local dams on Cedar Creek in the scope of the application for a grant to conduct a historic and architectural survey of the City in 2027. The Commission may also discuss and/or take action on whether to take a Commission position on preservation of the local dams in general.
- Applicants/property owners Daryl Kranich and Jordon Cole, d/b/a Piggy's Pour LLC, together with Brad Ryan, d/b/a Cedarburg Portrait Company - a prospective building tenant, request Certificate of Appropriateness approval to modify the front/east facing facade of their multi-tenant commercial building located at W62 N599 Washington Avenue.
