- Continued review, further discussion, and possible action in the matter of applicants/property owners Daryl Kranich and Jordon Cole, d/b/a Piggy's Pour LLC, together with Brad Ryan, d/b/a Cedarburg Portrait Company - a prospective building tenant, request for Certificate of Appropriateness approval to modify the front/east facing facade of their multi-tenant commercial building located at W62 N599-601 Washington Avenue. This building is classified as "Pivotal" in the Washington Avenue Historic District. The property is zoned B-3 Central Business District with Historic Preservation Overlay District.
- Review, discussion, and possible action on a draft memo to send to the Common Council in support of recent action by the Landmarks Commission recommending that the Common Council agree to preserve the Cedar Creek Dams.
- Review, discussion and possible action in the matter of applicant Brad Ryan, d/b/a Cedarburg Portrait Company - a prospective building tenant, request for Sign Plan Approval to place a new, projecting business identification sign in place of the existing Creamy Pig projecting sign at W62 N599-601 Washington Avenue. This building is classified as "Pivotal" in the Washington Avenue Historic District. The property is zoned B-3 Central Business District with Historic Preservation Overlay District.
- Review, follow-up discussion, and possible action in the matter of preserving the small building located at the base of the windmill (a local historic landmark structure) in Immanuel Cemetery. This cemetery, located at N32 W5400 Hamilton Road, is zoned I-1 Institutional and Public Service District.
