New Rule 36. Proper Attire Ald. Hartzheim All Council members and members of Committees, Boards, and Commissions shall employ a business casual or better dress code when attending meetings. Overly casual dress such as t-shirts must be avoided. While any meeting of the Council or any Committee, Board or Commission meeting is in session, all attending Council members and members of Committees, Boards, and Commissions shall remove their hats or caps.
