1. Closed Session: Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, and Upon Proper Motion, the Council will Convene into Closed Session for Deliberating or Negotiating the Purchase of Public Property, the Investing of Public Funds, or Conducting other Specified Public Business, Whenever Competitive or Bargaining Reasons Require a Closed Session to Discuss the purchase and sale of property. Upon Completion of Discussion in Closed Session, Council will Reconvene into Open Session to Act on Matters Discussed, If Necessary, and Proceed with the Regular Order of Business.
2. Approve Zoning Amendment Application Request to Amend Ordinance No. 1095B, the Municipal Code of the City of Antigo, so as to Classify the Property at 950 Pine Street (Parcel # 201-2128) as R-3, Two-Family Residence District instead of B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to Allow for Sale of Property as a Residence instead of a Business.
3. Disposal of Four Properties Obtained Through the Langlade County Tax Deed Process
4. Public Hearing for Zoning Amendment Application for 950 Pine Street (Parcel #201-2128) to Classify the Property as R-3, Two-Family Residence District instead of B-1, Neighborhood Shopping District to allow for sale of property as a residence instead of a business.
