A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Phyllis McGavick v. City of Tacoma, et al, related to an injury sustained on North Tacoma Avenue in Tacoma on February 23, 2023, upon payment by the City in the amount of $125,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
