A motion may be considered to appoint Hyun Kim as the permanent City Manager for the City of Tacoma effective April 1, 2026, subject to the terms and conditions of employment as set forth in the final employment agreement executed by Mr. Kim and the City, and to authorize the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City an employment agreement.
