A motion to authorize the City Attorney to make an offer of judgment on behalf of the City of Tacoma pursuant to Superior Court Civil Rule 68 in the matter of Waiamau-Ariota v. City of Tacoma, et al. in the amount of $200,000 which, if accepted, would fully and finally resolve all of plaintiff’s claims against the City.
