A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s settlement of all claims against the City and all City crossclaims against the City of University Place in the matter of Day Island Yacht Club v. City of University Place and City of Tacoma, U.S. District Court Cause No. 3:23-cv-05652-JNW, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the proposed Consent Decree, in substantially the form of the Consent Decree on file with the City Clerk, and payment by the City in an amount of $130,000 and subsequent real property actions as more particularly described in the Consent Decree.
