A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Bo Patricia Chambers v. City of Tacoma, et al, related to an injury sustained on Fawcett Avenue in Tacoma on November 6, 2023, upon payment by the City in the amount of $335,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
