A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims asserted by claimants Timothy Rankine and Katherin Chinn against the City, and its officers (elected or appointed), employees, and volunteers, arising on or after June 4, 2020, to present, upon payment by the City in the amount of $600,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
