A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Turner, et al., v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Cause No. 23-2-06685-1, related to a pedestrian and vehicle collision on July 6, 2018, at the intersection of South 12th Street and South Puget Sound Avenue, upon payment by the City in the amount of $2,300,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
