A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Dorothy and Ellis Russ v. City of Tacoma, et al, related to a two-vehicle intersection collision involving a Tacoma Police vehicle on August 28, 2020, upon payment by the City in the amount of $230,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
