A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Mathews v. City of Tacoma, King County Superior Court Cause No. 24-2-19858-0, upon payment by the City in the amount of $175,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
