A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all property damage claims against the City from All American Restorations, Claim No. W-045-24, upon payment by the City in the amount of $212,534.18 for alleged damages arising out of a Tacoma Water, water main break near the residence of 32517 39th Place Southwest in Federal Way, Washington.
