A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Hairston v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 24-2-07388-0, upon payment by the City in the amount of $500,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
