A motion may be made to authorize the City Attorney to make an offer of judgment on behalf of the City of Tacoma pursuant to Civil Rule 68 in the matter of Fehr v. City of Tacoma in an amount that does not exceed the remainder of the City’s applicable self-insured retention together with such additional amount that is within the City’s insurance policy coverage limits and approved by the City’s excess carrier.
