A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Orr v. City of Tacoma; Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 24-2-05815-5, related to a sidewalk trip and fall occurring August 27, 2022 on St. Helens Avenue, upon payment by the City in the amount of $125,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
