A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Pete Niko v. City of Tacoma, et al.; Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 23-2-11254-2, related to a motor vehicle accident occurring on November 26, 2020, at the intersection of South Puget Sound and South 72nd Street, upon payment by the City in the amount of $350,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
