A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Anthony White v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Cause No. 22-2-08766-3, related to claims of disparate impacts, upon payment by the City in the amount of $270,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
