A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Dorene and Michael Berg v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Cause Number 23-2-05804-1, related to personal injuries plaintiffs sustained while crossing a public right-of-way on November 26, 2021, upon payment by the City in the amount of $4,850,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
