A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Ronald White v City of Tacoma, Pierce County Cause Number 23-2-07873-5, related to a single vehicle incident on a City of Tacoma public right-of-way and railroad track occurring on May 28, 2020, upon payment by the City in the amount of $119,440.24 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
