A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City as set forth in Claim Number 17671 filed September 6, 2023, related to an incident occurring from and between June 18, 2022 and June 23, 2022, upon payment by the City in the amount of $14,900,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
