A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Tatyana Kramarevsky v Waybright and City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 24-2-05411-7, related to a sidewalk trip and fall incident occurring on November 10, 2022, upon payment by the City in the amount of $125,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
